2. Service Overview

easyplantday.shop sells hand-picked self-watering indoor plants available in four sizes: small (6–12 inches), medium (12–24 inches), large (24–36 inches), and huge (40–60 inches). We also provide curated plant collections, pet-friendly varieties, low-light suitable plants, personalized gift plant bundles, and lifetime plant expert care guidance.

Our core product feature is a built-in water reservoir that only requires refilling once monthly, allowing plants to self-water automatically. Over 2,000,000 plants have been shipped via our brand.

We provide a 90-day plant health guarantee for all orders, with specialized protective packaging for safe transit across the contiguous United States, with plans to expand shipping regions later.

3. Eligibility to Use & Purchase

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your location, to place orders.
  • You warrant that all contact, shipping, billing and payment information you submit during checkout is true, accurate and complete.
  • You may only use the Site for personal, non-commercial use unless you obtain prior written wholesale approval from our support team.
  • You are prohibited from using our website for fraudulent, illegal, harmful or infringing activities.

4. Product Descriptions, Sizing & Availability

All plant images, size measurements and descriptions on easyplantday.shop are for reference only. Live plants are natural products, so leaf shape, height, color and foliage density may slightly differ from product photos.

We reserve the right to adjust product pricing, remove plant varieties, discontinue collections or limit stock quantities without advance notice. If an ordered plant becomes unavailable after checkout, we will contact you to offer an equivalent replacement or full refund.

Minor cosmetic imperfections on leaves or pots do not qualify for replacement under our 90-day guarantee, as they are normal for live plant shipments.

5. Pricing, Taxes & Payment Terms

  • All displayed prices on the Site exclude sales tax and shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
  • We accept secure third-party payment methods; we do not store full credit/debit card data on our servers for security purposes.
  • All orders must be fully paid before shipment. We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraudulent payment activity.
  • Promotions, discount codes and gift bundles cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion rules.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Transit Risks

We ship orders to the 48 contiguous United States and are expanding shipping destinations gradually. Shipping times depend on courier processing and regional location.

  • Our custom plant packaging protects plants against temperature and movement damage during transit, but we cannot eliminate all environmental risks during shipping.
  • You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address. We are not liable for lost or damaged plants caused by incorrect delivery information you submit.
  • Delays caused by carrier backlogs, extreme weather, customs or local delivery restrictions are outside our control and do not qualify for automatic refunds or replacements outside our 90-day guarantee rules.

7. 90-Day Plant Health Guarantee & Claims Process

We offer a 90-day guarantee for all plants purchased through easyplantday.shop. If your plant arrives unhealthy or dies within 90 days of delivery due to transit damage or greenhouse quality issues, you may contact our plant experts at [email protected] to submit a claim for replacement or store credit.

This guarantee does NOT cover damage or plant death caused by: improper light placement, infrequent reservoir refilling, overwatering, pets, pests, extreme indoor temperatures, buyer neglect, or accidental breakage after delivery.

All claims must include clear photos of the plant and packaging and be submitted within the 90-day guarantee window; late claims will not be honored.

8. Order Cancellation Policy

You may submit an order cancellation request via email before your package is dispatched from our greenhouse. Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Approved pre-shipment cancellations will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

9. User Conduct Restrictions

While using easyplantday.shop, you agree you will not:
  • Copy, scrape, download or redistribute website images, product text, brand logos and plant care guides for commercial use without written permission.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, overload or breach the security of our website servers.
  • Submit false, offensive, harassing or misleading messages through our chat support or contact form.
  • Resell bulk quantities of our plants for commercial profit without an official wholesale partnership agreement.
